Welcome distractions!

Well, she is home! My daughter has come home from her trip to Africa after 2 months! She is already planning her next trip to South America, after she gets an extremely well paid job to pay for it! The past week, I havent done anything but listen to her stories, her experiences, and read her diaries. She has changed and grown as a person, with so much knowledge and wisdom. I am still in disbelief that she has made this trip, it is hard to comprehend!

She came bearing gifts, and gave me some beautiful fabric. But most of her savings, she donated to the orphanage ,buying supplies for their schooling, some baby toys, and books and crafts. The photos and videos are amazing. She found it quite emotional, and rewarding at the same time, and came home fulfilled seeing and accomplishing everything she set out to do....Im so proud!

I did manage to have my sale just before she turned my life upsidedown! It went well, and now Im preparing for the next months sale, if I dont get distracted by listening to African music, or scrolling through more photos, they are just gorgeous! By the way, I had been working on her room finishing off things I should have done a long time ago, so she was pleasantly surprised. And then it was like a bomb went off, and her bags and things were spread everywhere!

Welcome home Cara!
