How gorgeous is this...can you see what I see? It is a wire basket, maybe for holding flowers, decorations, all sorts of things! It also collapses when not in use...but I see a lovely ,curvy woman! A stand through her middle, some glam and glimmer , and wella! I snapped it up from my friend Sue, before it reached the sale table!
Stay tuned, and I will post photos when the curvy lady is revealed!
By the way, in case you are interested, and local, Im opening the studio doors on Wednesdays and Saturdays leading up to Christmas, by appointment only.So gather a group together, and you may find those last minute gifts!

I have had a few orders to fill this week, 6 to be precise! I managed to take a photo of this one before they all went to good homes! They are a lot of fun, and easy to make, and just look so cute in the garden, though my son did ask ,' How will the bird get in'? I had to explain to him, again, it is decoration! He just doesnt get it, not everything is practical, and functional!Well not here anyway!LOL
Lastly, I just finished this lovely setting for two, and it will be listed tonite here. I love how it turned out, but the tray top is going to be hard to part with! I have a collection of these, and I especially love this one...but after searching for the perfect tabletop for a couple of months, I had to make the tough decision, it matches perfectly! The cushions were covered with barkcloth I had stored away, and the table is actually a birdcage stand! It is a good hieght, and perfect for 'tea for two'!
Mmmm, any suggestions for a name for my Curvy lady?
Noel-thats a suggestion for her name-it is the holidays after all!

I think our junky, vintage hearts beat at the same time.
ReplyDeletehow are you these days?
You really have alot of cute and creative ideas. I can't wait to see what you do on that curvy woman. And I love what you did to the table and chairs. If I only had room for this set. The chairs with the high backs really caught my eye.
