As I prepare for this up and coming 'sale' in October, I cant help reflect on previous ones, and all of the lovely people I have met, and all of the inventory I have sold.
I take photos of everything I sell, it helps to keep for records, and given alot of my recycled items are a 'one off', it is interesting to see how my tastes have changed and grown over the years. Sometimes we are influenced by 'today's' trend, and need to cater for those wanting to keep up, but there are many who are looking for something different and original. I hope I can have something for everyone...
The past few days, I have been gathering all of my strength for a much needed life-cleanse. As I peel away one layer of clutter in my mind and my home, life becomes a little brighter and clearer.
I dont expect to accomplish this all in a day, but I know Im on the right path to a healthier lifestyle.

Hi Sue, this post really resonates with me. I'm doing the same thing, a 'life cleanse'. I like that.
ReplyDeleteI'm working on the whole decluttering my house right now but I'm hoping it'll seep over to the decluttering of my life and help me to get my finances in order, our entire families health and well-being in order, and my creavity in order. (I haven't worked on any projects in a long time!--and mostly it's because we have too much clutter around here.)
I started in the basement today, and does it feel good to start pricing everything! I'm destashing my entire oversized junk pile. It's way out of control!
